Souvall Wines Featured in the Gastronomic and Wine Guide by Diário de Aveiro
We are proud to share that Souvall wines have been featured in the prestigious Gastronomic and Wine Guide, published by Diário de Aveiro. The article highlights the history and passion of the Ferraz Family for winemaking, which is reflected in wines produced exclusively from grapes grown in our vineyards in Beira Interior.
With over 20 hectares of vineyards located on granite soils, our production is marked by a unique microclimate, including harsh winters and hot summers. These conditions contribute to the creation of wines with sophisticated characteristics, currently transitioning to organic production.
The article also highlights our first brand, Souvall, named in homage to Vale Flor and its people, as well as the expansion of our portfolio with the Alvinho and Souvall ranges, which have won awards nationally and internationally.
We also reveal our intention to soon launch our first sparkling wine, an important milestone in the journey of LA Ferraz.
