It is with great pride that LAferraz announces the market release, on October 26, 2026, of the latest reference in its prestige portfolio: the Souvall Vale dos Ladroens Grande Reserva Branco 2025.
Born in the emblematic Seara parcel in Vale Flor (Mêda), this wine represents the ultimate expression of the Síria grape variety cultivated under mountain viticulture. Originating from centennial old vines (40 to 60 years old) rooted in granitic soils at approximately 600 meters of altitude, this limited edition is marked by absolute oenological rigor.
With a total of 2,666 numbered bottles, the process included careful manual harvesting, cold settling, and a 9-month aging period — featuring 6 months of contact with fine lees and frequent bâtonnage in stainless steel tanks —, giving it a unique identity.
Tasting Note:
“Of intense and sophisticated aroma, it combines white fruit and citrus with subtle floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it presents great elegance and structure, with fresh acidity, a silky texture, and a long, persistent finish. Freshness and complexity in an authentic expression of altitude Síria.”
This new reference reflects the essence of our family commitment: Wine, Love and Family, further elevating the profile of Beira Interior Altitude Wines.
Available starting October 26 at the finest partner wine shops and through our official channels.
