The Beira Interior region traveled to the Algarve for the 15th Grande Mostra de Vinhos de Portugal at the Espaço Multiusos de Albufeira, and the results could not have been more positive. The Souvall project saw its dedication and technical precision recognized with a Grand Gold medal awarded to the Souvall Grande Reserva White Seara 2023 at the prestigious 11th National Wine Competition.
This award, organized by the Confraria Bacchus de Albufeira, highlights the vibrant freshness and characteristic acidity of our high-altitude wines, which have found the perfect setting for their success within the Algarve’s climate and gastronomy.
One brand, 12 references to discover More than celebrating an individual wine, our presence at this event served to showcase the full Souvall portfolio. Comprising 12 distinct references—ranging from age-worthy whites to singular rosés and late-harvest editions—our project focuses on offering the market wines with their own identity and minimal intervention, respecting the true essence of Beira Interior.
