Born on the slopes of Vale Flor, this “Garrafeira” red wine celebrates the essence of our oldest vineyards. An exclusive blend of Rufete, Marufo, and Baga, grown at an altitude of 600 meters in granitic soils that shape its distinct mineral character. With a pale ruby color and delicate aromas of cherry and blackberry, this wine transports us to the purity of bygone times through the unique freshness of the Beira Interior region. The careful aging in oak and bottle reveals an elegant texture and a long finish, defined by the authenticity of the mountains. It is a tribute to generations of “know-how,” perfect for those seeking a genuine and persistent wine.
A blend of Rufete, Marufo, and Baga, sourced from our old vineyards in Vale Flor, situated in a mountain environment at an average altitude of 600 meters.
Manual harvest in 20 kg crates with selection at the sorting table. Fermentation in open stainless steel tanks with temperature control and full malolactic fermentation. Aged for 15 months (1/3 of the blend in used French oak casks and the remainder in stainless steel), followed by 16 months of bottle ageing. Due to its extended ageing and superior quality, it is classified as a “Garrafeira” wine.
Pale ruby color with delicate aromas suggesting cherry, sour cherry, and slightly under-ripe blackberry. On the palate, it reveals a very elegant texture and vibrant freshness, with a long finish marked by minerality and hints of wet granite.
Given its freshness and authentic profile, it is the ideal companion for regional gastronomy, such as: oven-roasted meats, traditional “Beira Interior” charcuterie, structured codfish dishes, seasoned white meats, medium-cured sheep’s cheese, and spice-rich delicacies.

From the mountains of Beira Interior comes this red wine made exclusively from the Baga grape, sourced from our oldest vineyards. With a vibrant ruby color, it expresses the precision of mountain viticulture at around 700 meters altitude, where hot days and cool nights favor slow and balanced ripening. The deep aromas of dark fruits and subtle notes of earth and spices stand out, while the firm, well-structured tannins give way to a lingering and enveloping freshness. The long, mineral finish reflects the authenticity of the granitic soils. Ideal for pairing with rich and traditional dishes, it is a homage to the legacy that shapes our future.
Crafted solely from the Baga grape, sourced from our ancient vineyards situated at altitudes between 600 and 750 meters.
Meticulous manual harvest into boxes up to 20 kg. The grapes were carefully sorted on a selection table and then destemmed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and native yeasts. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel and 16 months in oak barrels.

From the heights and mountains comes Souvall Grande Reserva, a wine of noble character and delicate essence. Featuring an intense ruby color, it exudes complex aromas of red fruits with hints of spices. On the palate, its velvety texture is captivating, with smoothly integrated tannins. The finish is long and persistent, a symphony of flavors echoing in the memory. Ideal for pairing with red meats or traditional dishes, it showcases the greatness of Beira Interior.
Mainly Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca, from vineyards aged 50-60 years, located between 500 and 700 meters altitude.

With a light ruby hue, it reveals elegant aromas of discreet fruit, freshness, and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it’s a complex dance with notes of cocoa, spices, and an unexpected hint of salinity. Medium-bodied, its vivacity is enveloping, offering immediate pleasure and potential for evolution. Ideal for light dishes, it exemplifies the harmony between tradition and freshness.
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Baga, Mourisco, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca, originating from 30-80 year old vineyards located between 500 and 600 meters in altitude, specifically the Pedreira and Seara vineyards.
Manual harvest carefully performed into perforated 20 kg boxes. Aging for 9 months, with around 30% of the batch in used French and American oak barrels, with a total aging period of 30 months for the entire batch.
Light ruby color, elegant and delicate aroma. At first, discreet fruit, fresh and balsamic on the nose, followed by a more complex, moderately structured palate with notes of toasted bread, cocoa, and spices. The finish is slightly mentholated, long, fresh, and unusually saline. It has a long and persistent finish.

With an ideal balance between structure and acidity, Souvall provides a silky texture and a long, fresh finish. Ruby color with brick-like hints, aroma initially suggesting ripe blackberry and blueberry, followed by hints of tobacco leaf and spices. Medium-bodied structure in perfect balance with the alcohol content. It finishes long and fresh, with retro-nasal suggestions of nutmeg and white pepper. It has a long and persistent finish.

Late Harvest
A gift from Nature, this wine is born from a late harvest on the slopes of Beira Interior, at an altitude of 650 meters. With a brilliant golden hue, it reveals the complexity of noble rot and the patient maturation of Viosinho, Fernão Pires, and Rabigato grapes. Delicate aromas of rosemary honey, dried apricot, and candied fruits blend into a luscious palate, where sweetness and acidity coexist in perfect balance. The finish is long and fresh, with a subtle saline touch that invites another sip. Perfectly paired with delicacies such as foie gras, blue cheeses, or traditional conventual sweets, it is a celebration of the patience and rigor that define our identity.
A blend of Viosinho, Fernão Pires, and Rabigato. The grapes come from 10-year-old vineyards located at an altitude of 650 meters, grown in granitic soil and a mountain environment.
The grapes were harvested late to ensure sugar concentration and the influence of “noble rot.” After total de-stemming and gentle pressing, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Aged for a total of 24 months in stainless steel, in contact with fine lees for added complexity.
Brilliant golden color. It features aromas of rosemary honey, raisins, and dried apricot. On the palate, it is unctuous and smooth, perfectly balancing sweetness with citrus acidity (tangerine and lime). It finishes fresh and persistent, with a light and elegant saline sensation.
Excellent to be enjoyed on its own or as a classic accompaniment to foie gras, fine pâtés, and galantines. It pairs perfectly with blue cheeses (such as Roquefort or Stilton), dried fruits, and traditional Portuguese “conventual” sweets based on egg yolks.

From the old vines of Seara, comes a wine that unveils a classic and structured soul. Its straw-yellow color heralds a generous bouquet of apricot, peach, and dried fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied, perfectly balancing freshness and complexity, lingering into a persistent finish with hints of spices. A robust and sophisticated wine, perfect for pairing with a cheese board or elaborate dishes, where its vibrant acidity and creamy texture shine. A true ode to the land and time.
Síria, Gouveio, Arinto, Rabigato, Fernão Pires, and other minor varieties, coming exclusively from the Seara vineyard, aged 60-80 years, with an eastern exposure, positioned mid-slope at an altitude of 600 meters.
Careful manual harvesting into perforated 20 kg boxes. Post-fermentation contact with fine lees and aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks for part of the volume, with the rest in French and American oak barrels.
A more classic and structured style. Straw-yellow color, resulting from a preference for more oxidative aging. Clean and opulent aromatic profile, with notes of apricot, peach, and loquat. On the palate, moderately full-bodied, slightly vegetal, long and fresh finish with hints of spice and dried fruits, reflecting complexity and freshness. It has a long and persistent finish.

From the strength of the altitude and granitic soil of Beira Interior comes a wine. Pale yellow in color, its delicate and floral aroma gives way to a fresh palate, where notes of pineapple and citrus dance with luminous elegance. Long, with a striking freshness, it can withstand more intense dishes, like spiced meats and fish. A mountain wine, whose refined and vibrant personality is mirrored in every bottle, in a harmonious and lively style.
Síria, Fernão Pires, and Viosinho, sourced exclusively from the Vila Maior vineyard, around 10 years old, situated at 700 meters altitude with a western exposure.
Careful manual harvest into perforated 20 kg boxes. Post-fermentation contact with fine lees and aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks.

Souvall Sparkling Wine
From the mountains of Beira Interior comes this unique sparkling wine, crafted exclusively from the unlikely Tinta Barroca grape, the only one of its kind in Portugal. Produced by the classic method, this Extra Brut Rosé Reserve showcases the rigorous character of mountain viticulture. The granitic soils and distinct microclimate confer a vibrant freshness and elegant acidity, enveloped in delicate fruity notes. This sparkling wine embodies our experimental essence and reflects the dream we toast to our customers.
Made exclusively from Tinta Barroca, located at around 600 to 750 meters in altitude.
Made following the classic method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aged for about 12 months on lees before disgorgement.
Pale pomegranate color, with a delicate aroma and taste of raspberry, currant, and slightly underripe strawberry. Medium volume, fresh and tangy, reminiscent of a light pastry flavor. Fine bubbles when served at the recommended temperature. Long finish, with crisp acidity. All in harmony, simple, original, and good.
Recognized as a gastronomic sparkling wine, it is ideal for pairing with typical Portuguese dishes, such as suckling pig, cabidela, or grilled sardines.
